About ● TELL US

Our TELL US mechanism is a way for you as a potentially impacted stakeholder to engage with us concerning our sustainability work. By clicking ’Engage with us’, you will access a submission form, where you may submit a good idea, a concern, or a grievance.

Transparency and Predictability

Following your submission, you will receive an email with a submission confirmation and login details to the ‘dialogue’ page. We will interact with you through the dialogue page during the management of your submission. If your submission is resolved - or rejected - in our first response, the reason will be stated in the response. If your submission requires further follow-up, actions, possible remedy, or a meeting, this will be proposed in the responses accessible from the dialogue page of this site.

We aim to respond to all messages we receive within weeks.

We expect the process from your first submission to finalisation to last no longer than months.

Principles

1
Engagement and dialogue

Grievances through this mechanism are not anonymous, as we aim to enable remedy for anyone who has experienced an adverse impact. We will seek engagement through dialogue to find the best solution for an issue, as well as enable access to remedy. The type of remedy will be adjusted to the severity and type of impact. Means of remedy will be considered in dialogue with the aggrieved party. We value your feedback and seek to ensure that any concern shared with us is managed with respect to confidentiality and safety to you. We will not share information on your message without your consent.

2
Rights-compatible

This tell-us is rights-compatible and should not lead to adverse impacts on other human rights, the environment or economic sustainability. Any action we may take to follow up on any message should not lead to other adverse impacts on any human rights, the environment or economic sustainability. Please seek to avoid sharing sensitive information on behalf of third parties without their consent.

3
Equity

We have shared our impact assessments with you to ensure you have access to information on our responsible business conduct. You are welcome to bring a person to assist you in any dialogue that may follow from a message you share with us.
If you have shared a grievance regarding a severe adverse impact that requires professional handling, we will offer you assistance from an independent adviser for aggrieved parties, who will also receive your contact information to follow up on this grievance if you agree to it. This service is provided and paid for by us.

4
A source of continuous learning

Findings from messages relevant to our sustainability efforts will be updated in our impact assessments, with due consideration of sensitive information. This is to ensure that we learn from grievances, concerns, and good ideas. Following a Tell-Us process, you will be asked to review the mechanism (voluntary). This information will be shared both with us and possibly the Tell-Us provider to continuously improve the mechanism.

5
Legitimacy

The use and effectiveness of this grievance mechanism is reviewed by every months. If we learn the mechanism is ineffective, or we have not lived up to the process promised by the mechanism through our feedback forms or other, this will be promptly responded to.

6
Accessibility

This mechanism is linked to through the following platforms: The platform enables measures to adjust and improve accessibility for users, including translation services and contrast color options. We expect that most concerns shared can be solved through e-mail. However, if needed, we may invite you to a meeting, following a message. In the case you agree to a meeting but live far away or meet other obstacles for engaging in dialogue, we will seek solutions to this, such as covering travel costs or hosting the meeting online.
